Momentum for Reineke Campaign Continues as County Chairs, “Women for Reineke” Chair Announced
Campaign builds on unmatched success in grassroots, fundraising

On the heels of news that more than $150,000 was raised in the first 100 days of his campaign, State Representative Bill Reineke (R-Tiffin) announced that seven conservative community leaders will serve as county chairs for his campaign in Ohio’s 26th Senate District. Reineke also announced a “Women for Reineke” chair for the campaign.

"I’m extremely honored to have this team of well-respected conservative Republicans taking a leadership role in my campaign," Reineke said. “With their help, we will continue to promote our pro-job, pro-life, and pro-2nd Amendment campaign to every corner of the district.”

Reineke for Senate County Campaign Chairs are:

  • Crawford County – Matt Crall, Crawford County Prosecutor & Former GOP Chairman
  • Marion County – Ken Stiverson, Marion County Commissioner
  • Morrow County – Brenda Harden, Morrow County Community Leader
  • Sandusky County – Danny Sanchez, Mayor of Fremont
  • Seneca County – Mike Kerschner, Seneca County Commissioner
  • Union County – Dave Burke, State Senator, 26th District
  • Wyandot County – Riordan McClain, State Representative, 87th District

Bill knows how to work hard and get things done for our area,” said Reineke’s Seneca County Campaign Chair Mike Kerschner. “I’m proud to be a part of Bill’s campaign team and I’m looking forward to helping him win so we can keep a strong conservative representing us in Columbus.”

Women for Reineke: Rep. Reineke is excited to welcome small-business owner Jean Turner of Gibsonburg as the chair of Women for Reineke. Turner previously served as president of the Sandusky County Republican Women's group and as vice president of the northwest district of the Ohio Federation of Republican Women. In 2008, Turner was named to the board of directors for the National Federation of Republican Women.

“Jean has my utmost respect and admiration for her work supporting and leading quality Republican candidates in our area to victory,” said Reineke. “I was thrilled to have her join me during my announcement tour in April and her strong, conservative leadership is a fantastic addition to our campaign.”
